Leading With courage Network's

use of  self-assessments

We believe that:

    • Relationships are the foundation for collaboration and success at work, and the key to understanding them starts with understanding ourselves, and
    • Many of the challenges faced by leaders and their trusted advisors are the result of a lack of self-awareness -- of themselves, their peers, colleagues, and staff,  their clients/customers, the markets and communities they serve, etc.

We're only able to build enduring relationships and sustainable, healthier organizations when we have the courage to ask questions like:

  • What do you think?
  • How am I doing?
  • What can I do better?
  • How can I improve?

Below are the self-assessments that member's can opt to complete, for a fee that's less than $100 each.

Each quarter, all members also have the opportunity to complete a new, optional self-assessment that will be discussed during one of their Group meetings.  Examples of these assessments are:  delegation skills, listening skills, and resiliency.

Members can also take advantage of exclusive discounts on select 360-degree assessments which complement their self-assessments by allowing them to discover how others perceive them.

Emotional Intelligence

To help us build a healthy,  "no drama" community of trusted advisors, everyone who applies for membership in Leading With Courage Networking completes a confidential, emotional intelligence (EI) assessment based on the Genos International EI leadership model.   (In December 2020, Genos was rated one of the top 20 assessment companies in the world by Training Industry for the fourth consecutive year.)

"The solution is for everyone–employees, managers, students and spouses–to identify their areas of working genius, as well as their areas of life-draining weakness, and to put themselves in a position to tap into their genius more and engage in their weakness less."
