Rosemary Swierk is founder and President of Direct Steel® and Construction, a Commercial General Contracting, Construction Management and Owner’s Representative firm. Her team provides services which facilitate optimal end results with regard to project scope, budget, schedule, quality and safety.
Rosemary has successfully guided her firm through the 2008 recession and the pandemic, and now is now facing the challenges of supply chain disruptions, high inflation and the prospects of another recession. She's going to share with us the practical lessons she's learned from all of this, what she is and would do again, what she wouldn't do, and much more.
